Delivery Service _edited_edited_edited.png

Shipping Policy:

I do my best to pack each order as carefully and appropriately as possible, reusing, and using recycled/recyclable packing materials when able, but there are some important things to take note of:

- US domestic (inc. HI & AK) items will be shipped USPS in most cases. Regardless of shipping carrier, tracking and carrier information will be provided upon shipment. I am happy to accommodate specific shipping needs at a cost, please reach out if specific accommodations are needed.

- International shipping please inquire further regarding potential taxes, duties, import fees, etc as applicable to your order.

Return Policy:

Sometimes, you don't get what you expected. While that is never my intention, I'm here to troubleshoot if needed. Please note that I do not accept returns based on spatial or color discrepancies. I do my best to provide detailed product descriptions with dimensions and photographs to assist you in making an informed decision. If you have any concerns, please reach out to me before making a purchase, and I'll be happy to help.

If a package arrives damaged by the carrier I will do what I can to provide UP TO a full refund, provided proper and prompt (upon receipt of package) communication and documentation.

Care Instructions:

  • My functional ceramic pieces are designed to be dishwasher and microwave safe for your convenience.

  • To ensure a longer lifespan and preserve the beauty of the piece, I recommend handwashing with mild soap and warm water.

  • Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that may damage the surface or glaze.

  • While my ceramics are microwave safe, prolonged exposure to high heat may cause gradual wear and diminish the longevity of the piece. If possible, consider warming food or liquids separately before transferring them to the ceramic vessel.

  • Take care when handling hot items, as ceramics can retain heat. Always use appropriate protection, such as oven mitts or trivets.

  • Allow the ceramic piece to cool down before immersing it in water or exposing it to extreme temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.

  • It's advisable to avoid sudden temperature changes, such as transferring from a hot oven to a cold surface or vice versa, as this can lead to cracking or breakage.

  • If you have any specific concerns or questions about caring for your ceramic piece, please don't hesitate to reach out to me for personalized guidance.
